We are seeking a full-time Chief Medical Officer — reporting to the President, the CMO will be responsible for the full oversight of the clinical, operational, and administrative activities of the division.
Responsibilities:
- Business development leadership
- Facilitate performance improvement
- Foster relationships with client physicians and hospitals
This position offers the unique opportunity to lead and develop an established division of nearly 40-year-old physician-owned and managed organization. The CMO will direct initiatives that improve hospitalist medicine on a local, regional, and national scale.

Medical Director
Nationwide Hospitalist Programs
HCI is currently seeking a Hospitalist Medical Director who will be the keystone of a premier hospitalist group. The performance of the Medical Director will affect all aspects of the delivery of patient care services. In conjunction with the hospital and nursing administrators, the Medical Director will provide the overall leadership and management necessary for the efficient operation of the hospitalist program.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a high degree of clinical expertise as well as excellent leadership skills. Benefits include a great salary package, 401K, health insurance and malpractice. A yearly stipend provided for the Medical Director.
Requirements:
Candidates must be residency-trained and board-eligible or certified and have sufficient clinical experience.
