ECI is a physician-led organization whose leadership team is comprised of seasoned physician executives and business professionals. ECI’s executive leadership includes: James M. Johnson, MD, PhD, co founder and Chief Executive Officer; Robert M. Williams, MD, DrPH, FACEP, co-founder and Chairman of the Board; Derik K. King, MD, FACEP, President; and Randy Howell, MBA, CMA, Chief Administrative Officer. In all facets of our business, we have maintained a steadfast commitment to the principles of physicians managing physicians and always doing first what is in the best interest of our patients.
