Lauren Huff Partnership Development Manager

In an effort to further enhance partnership relations, Hospitalists Consultants, Inc. (HCI) recently reconfigured its structure and expanded the duties of its representatives. HCI has appointed Ms. Lauren Huff and Ms. Kathryn Condon as Partnership Development Managers. In this role, they will assist in new business development and promote excellent partnership relations from an operational standpoint.

Ms. Condon and Ms. Huff will serve as the primary staffing resource for their clients as HCI continues to administer a high-quality Hospitalist program. As Partnership Development Managers, they will be responsible for sourcing prospective clients, fostering positive relations through the sales process, and providing world-class customer support while staffing each of their locations.

As HCI undergoes these organizational changes, Lisa Woodward will now serve as Partnership Development Coordinator—she will maintain her position as HCI’s Scheduling and Credentialing Consultant but will also act as the first-line customer service representative for our hospital and physician partners. Ms. Woodward’s expanded role will also include direct sourcing support to both recruiting and sales functions.
